Owned and operated by Karen Morrice, a former PA to Senior Management who became a victim of the decline in the oil industry back in 2015.  As a result of losing her job she came up with the idea of becoming self employed and bought a van to head down the road of the House Clearance & Commercial Cleaning business.

 

KM Services initially helped private landlords / leasing agents with cleaning and furniture clearances but as the years rolled on, they evolved the business to also include garden clearances and general property maintenance. They also took on property management for private landlords who don’t live local to Aberdeen.

It was a massive learning curve in the early days but with Karen’s tenacity and integrity they are now a well established company within the Leasing industry and have a happy and healthy working relationship with many agencies / private landlords.

Services Provided

 

House Clearances

 

After having a death in the family, the last thing you want to do is start on the daunting task of going through your loved one's personal belongings.  At KM Services we can take the stress from you by doing so with integrity and empathy.  Any personal belongings that we find, we keep to the side for the family to decide what to do with rather than dispose of.  We recycle everything where possible and hold a SEPA licence to allow us to carry waste to the local Waste Management Company. 

 

Cleaning

 

Once the property is cleared, we put our commercial cleaning experience into practice and give it a professional clean so that it’s ready for selling / leasing.

 

Gardening

 

In a lot of cases, the garden at the property also requires attention and at KM Services we also have the ability to deal with getting the garden back to the standard required for selling / leasing which includes jet washing, grass cutting, hedge cutting etc.

 

Property Maintenance

 

Over the years we have assisted agents / landlords with carpet replacement, plastering, painting etc.
